I'm so disappointed with your
delivery service, absolutely
appalling. The food is great but
I have ordered from you twice now
and both times it has been super
late. I will not order from you
again and I will encourage
friends and family not to as
well. I appreciate today is a
busy night but nearly an hour
later than said and later than
the third!!! time given is

We are sorry for the delay tonight and apologies for any inconvenience this may have coursed you. We have always been a restaurant unfortunately with Covid we are trying to adapt to takeaway and we never imagined valentine we would be overwhelmed.
We think our customers prefer for the food to be delayed, rather than to be rush which would have composed the quality of food. We would like to assure you this is an isolated incident.
